Packaging
All orders will be carefully packed within a rigid mailer to help protect your items during transit. Stickers, prints and other paper goods will be packaged securely to help prevent bending or damage. I’ll keep the packaging as lightweight as possible to help keep postage costs as affordable as possible for you.
Australia
For orders within Australia, I offer standard letter postage as this is my most cost-friendly shipping option for both you and me! Standard letter postage is untracked, so tracking information will not be available once your order has been posted.
Regular letters sent via Australia Post within Australia generally take:

3–5 business days for same-state delivery (Queensland)

4–7 business days for interstate delivery
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary depending on Australia Post and circumstances outside of my control.

Australia Post Standard Letter — $2.00 AUD
Includes Australia Post postage + a small allowance for packaging costs.

International
I would love to offer international shipping and am happy to send orders overseas!
International orders containing goods need to be sent as a parcel rather than standard letter post, in accordance with Australia Post’s international shipping requirements. Please contact me before placing your order and I’ll be happy to discuss the available options and any additional postage costs.
International Customs & Import Fees
International orders containing goods require a customs declaration when posted. I’ll provide the required information about your order when preparing your shipment.
Please be aware that your country may charge customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you’re unsure whether your order may incur additional charges, we recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority before placing your order. Import requirements and fees can vary between countries.
The value and contents of your order will be accurately declared on the customs declaration as required for international postage.
If customs duties, taxes or other import charges apply, you may be contacted by your local postal service or customs authority with instructions on how to pay them. Depending on your country, these charges may need to be paid before your order can be delivered or collected.
Once Your Order Has Been Posted
Once your order has been packaged and posted with Australia Post, it is unfortunately out of my control.
I take great care when packing your order, but I cannot guarantee how your letter or parcel will be handled once it is in the postal system.
This means that delays, loss, damage, or other issues that occur while your order is in transit with Australia Post are unfortunately outside of my control.
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or does not arrive, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always be happy to see what I can do to help and work through the situation with you.

Shipping can be a little complicated, especially when it comes to international orders, so some information, postage options and prices in this policy may change as I learn more and find what works best.
