All artwork and product designs shown on this website are created by Studio Pikori unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product listing or price, we may contact you to discuss the order or cancel it. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Payment must be successfully received before your order is processed.
Shipping
We will process and ship orders in accordance with the shipping information provided on our website.

Copyright protection applies to original artistic works under Australian law. Purchasing a Studio Pikori product gives you ownership of the physical item only and does not give you ownership of, or permission to reproduce or commercially use, the artwork or design.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Sharing photographs of your own Studio Pikori purchases on social media is welcome, provided the artwork is not being reproduced, altered, traced or used commercially.
Any permission to use Studio Pikori artwork must be obtained from us in writing and may be subject to specific conditions or licensing fees. These restrictions do not prevent uses that are permitted by law or any rights you may have under applicable Australian law.
